Love it, but…
Bought this for my daughter's rubber band making collection. It's a great tote, but the clip that holds the top closed (so you can carry it) broke off. Now the handiest part (the N GO) is not handy. Where on earth can I get a replacement clip??

I bought this & needed more dividers. I emailed the company to see if they were available to purchase. I got a super fast reply stating they didn’t, but she sent me another Grab and Go so I would have more! Their customer service is phenomenal!!
Buyer beware: utility boxes not very customizable
I chose this product over the similar Large Rack storage because this said the utility boxes were 'customizable'- that's misleading at best. There are permanent dividers in every utility box, making this product useless to me.
