MOSTLY PARTICAL BOARD! NOT ALL WOOD CONSTRUCTION !
I bought this as a gift for my niece. Was under the impression it was an all wood construction. Opened the box , nearly everything is made of particle board. I've had a particle board bathroom vanity and it was CRAP ! It does not last !

Have done 3 dollhouse in the past but this one is beautifully made! Even has hardwood floors! Good instructions, a little bit of work but I am enjoying it. The finished product will be well worth it! Best dollhouse I have ever made.

Built and furnished the dollhouse as a donation to a local auction. Had used the 40% coupon to purchase the dollhouse. I really would have liked to keep it for myself but, it went to a good cause.
Got as a gift
My girls got the house as a gift from our beloved uncle who put it together and painted it. We(not just the girls) all love it! It is beautiful and a perfect size. This will be in our family a long time.
