Obviously an employee did the only review I saw. The price seems very reasonable especially compared to others. For what you get it's a decent deal. Patented growing process? No one ever said you have to use super high temperatures it just speeds it up.
Peeved Mother
I bought this to do as a mommy and me project for my daughter and I. Followed the exact directions to a tee and it was a flop. The water changes from purple to clear and after a month we only had dry cruat at the top of the jar and an upset daughter.
Not at all like the picture on the box
After two weeks, the water is completely clear, and nothing has grown on the seed rock at the bottom of the jar. Some crystals with a very light purple tinge have formed all over the top half of the jar. Better to buy a crystal and put it in an empty jar.
It looks awful
We followed the instructions exactly and after waiting 2 weeks the final outcome looks absolutely terrible. You can't see the inside there's hard buildup around the entire jar. There's this weird looking non crystal stuff inside most of the jar. It's bad.
