Make temporary marks on cloth with Chalk Wheel. Test on inconspicuous portion of fabric to be sure that marks can easily be removed, while also marking on the wrong side of fabric. Simply remove marks with damp cloth before applying iron. It is perfect for measuring sewing and quilting projects!

Why don't you have the refills on the web strore
its refillable why don't you have a Buy blue chalk option and the refill pack linked? that is all it would need to be prefect thou is if we could get it in a blue chalk with different colors for large scale projects.
If you can get one that works, more power to you.
Would love to comment on how well this works, but I cannot for the life of me get the chalk to come out of it. Have tried shaking it to loosen chalk, running it across several fabrics several times and absolutely no result. Would give one star if I could.
Where's the chalk?
Have tried running it across surfaces; sometimes it leaves a very faint line, but that could be just a crease. Please don't buy this, it doesn't work.

Product was a HUGE disappointment!!!. Couldn't get it to work. Would not mark fabric. Tried taking chalk out to see if there was a stopper from it marking. Suppose to be refillable. Couldn't remove chalk
I FIGURED IT OUT!Bad Instructions/Very Frustrating
It needs to instruct you to use your inner Hulk strength to wiggle as you pull it up for about an hour. Rest for 30 minutes & continue to pull & wiggle until your hand whacks your face. TAKE OFF chalk cap and begin to wheel it after a simple shake.

I was ready to toss it out, but then read reviews. Becky, you are right about using inner hulk strength to remove the chalk cartridge LOL! Instead, I resorted to pliers and it came out easily. Then remove the cap and it works fine.
Once you figure it out…..
It works great once you figure out that there is a cap on the chalk. Don't bother telling us in the instructions….
Never worked!
This never worked, but it didn’t cost much. I would not recommend.
Sew-Ology chalk Wheel
Like so many of Sew-Ology products---no instructions. I can't get it to work and afraid to pull hard and break. I love Hobby Lobby fabrics, but have not been impressed with any of the Sew Ology products. Guess I will throw it away- waste of money.

Thank goodness I read the reviews and saw there was a cap on the chalk! I had tried repeatedly to remove the chalk to no avail, but when I saw there was a cap I used more strength. Works like a charm now that the cap is removed!
