Great quality velvet
I bought this in the store and used it to make velvet scrunchies. It is perfect! It’s so soft and feels like real velvet.
Excellent Velvet
I absolutely love this velvet - it doesn't fray around the edges - although a bit of fluff does come off when cutting but not much after that. Runs through the washing machine without a problem. Wash bolt of fabric and hang to dry on shower curtain rail.
Uneven dying
I bought this material to use on my home theater. The dye is uneven across the fabric. There are alternating black and gray stripes. At first I thought it was matted fabric from being on the bolt, but it is not. I will have to use fabric paint to correct.

The color is not accurate, the actual fabric that came was basically purple, not the nice red you see online.

Perfect velvet. I looked high and low and this had an amazing sheen and everything. A hint of purple but I don't mind. I bought 48 yards to complete my red velvet drapes for my canopy bed. And when it's on sale it's the best deal around.
