Roll fringe piece tightly, securing at top with craft adhesive. Repeat with two more fringe pieces around first piece, making each subsequent piece ½” shorter than the one before, as shown.
Slide two rings onto top of tassel, and position as desired.
Thread eye pin through bead cap, and hook it to swivel clasp. Glue bead cap to top of tassel as shown, and let dry.
