Better to buy online
Nice frame! I just wish it already came with the mounting for the wall. Buying online is for sure better because you're going to get a packaged item wrapped nicely and undamaged (the store's were awful with scuff marks and more expensive)
Great Frame - Buy Online
I agree with the previous reviewer. It is a great picture frame, elegant and beautiful. However, I also purchased mine online because when I went in the store, every single one of them was scuffed up and marked and overall looked awful.
It looks amazing!
My prints look amazing in these frames. It is better to order this frame online as it looks better than the ones in the stores. I didn’t like that it does not come with the hardware to hang it up.
Shattered Glass
Great frame, but it arrived with the glass totally cracked and shattered in the box.

Buy frames online!
I bought mine in the store with 'liveable' scuff marks, etc, but then had to bring it back to the store to have the glass replaced, and when I got it back, it was scuffed up even more than it was before having the glass replaced. Not happy.
Love but a disaster..
I ordered three to get shipped to my house. 2 out of 3 the glass was shattered. Got the 2 replaced and 1 came broken.. got that one replaced hoping the 3rd time would be the charm.. nope, the glass came broken again. This time I will ask for a refund..
Large frame without hardware??
Love the look of this frame but who ever heard of buying a frame that doesn’t have hardware at least included-purchased on sale but if I had bought full price I definitely would have returned, frames should include hardware with a $50 price tag!
Beautiful frames
I bought one of these 20x24 frames in July 2020. Loved it so much I immediately bought another. They both arrived in perfect condition.
No Hardware
This frame does not come with any hanging hardware—how annoying!
