Office Manager

Hobby Lobby is a privately held corporation that is looking for a bright, talented, motivated individual to fill the Office Manager position. This is a full-time position, with full benefits.

The Office Manager maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; supervising and monitoring receptionist functions.

  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among receptionists
  • Evaluate and manage receptionist performance
  • Maintains and ensures receptionists work schedule
  • Organize orientation and training of new staff members
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
  • Established procedures for record keeping
  • Ensure security and confidentiality
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Review and approve office supplies acquisitions
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
