Shipping time

We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can. It takes 2-3 days to process your order. Delivery takes an additional 1-7 business days.

During peak holiday seasons (Mother’s Day & Christmas) shipping can take an additional 1-2 business days.

We determine the delivery method (UPS or USPS) by the size and weight of the package at the time of shipment.

We ship your order via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or First-Class Mail. It can take up to several weeks to arrive. We charge based on your order subtotal - see the chart above.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept international orders online.

If you need your order shipped to an address outside the US (except as noted above), please order by phone at (405) 745-1275, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Central Time.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 90 days.

Our stores cannot accept returns for purchases made online. Please follow the instructions below to return your item.

  • Your return must be in sellable condition. We can't accept opened or used merchandise.
  • You'll receive a refund for the purchase price of the item plus applicable sales tax. We'll credit the card you used for the purchase.
  • Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your return and issue a credit.

With the original receipt

Within 90 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange the merchandise, give store credit, or issue a refund based on your original method of payment. There will be a wait of 10 calendar days on check purchases, or merchandise credit can be issued.

Without the original store receipt

You may exchange the merchandise or be issued a merchandise credit based on the lowest selling price in the last 60 days. Valid ID is required.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain products and non-receipted items.

If you received damaged, broken or defective merchandise, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Central Time before returning it. You may also email us.

Want to exchange your merchandise? You'll need to place an order online for the new item, and return the unwanted item to us for a refund.
