Email Subscription Help
Some of our subscribers' email providers may have filters, blocks or black lists that may prevent our email from reaching you. To help ensure that our email reaches you, check the following:
- Check your spam folder (if you have one) to be sure that our message hasn't been routed to your spam folder before you contact us.
- Ensure that you allow messages from:
Hobby Lobby Stores [wmaster@hobbylobby.messages3.com] - The Subject line should read:
Hobby Lobby Weekly In-Store Specials & Coupon
If you haven't received our weekly email, or you cease to receive our weekly email, you can contact us to see if your provider has been bouncing your messages back to our email broadcast service.
If none of these help, you should try contacting your email service provider's tech support to ensure that your service is not blocking our emails. We can't help you if the problem lies with your service provider. Since we aren't their customer, they generally won't work with us to correct a problem. Only the affected customer can get action from the service provider.
