Christmas Lights Recall Information

Hobby Lobby recently learned about a problem with approximately 2.3 million (see Identification Table) Christmas lights that were sold at our stores from June 2006 through December 9, 2006.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Hobby Lobby is voluntarily recalling these Christmas light sets manufactured in China and sold under the Hobby Lobby brand. The lights have undersized wires which can separate from the plugs and/or the light sockets, posing an electric shock and fire hazard to consumers.

For your safety, if you have any of the recalled Christmas lights please stop using them immediately and return them to the nearest Hobby Lobby store for a Hobby Lobby Exchange Card. The individual products are listed below.
