Save your original sales receipt for fast returns!
- If for any reason you need to return merchandise purchased at Hobby Lobby, please return the product with the original sales receipt within 60 days of purchase.
- When you present the original sales receipt, we will gladly exchange the product or issue a refund based on the method of payment.
- There will be a 10-day waiting period to process all returns purchased by check. Merchandise returned prior to the 10-day waiting period will be issued a Hobby Lobby Exchange Card.
- Returns for $10.00 or more without an original sales receipt will receive a Hobby Lobby Exchange Card in lieu of cash or credit card refund.
- Exchanges made without an original sales receipt will be based on the lowest selling price within the last 30 days.
- Identification will be required on all transactions.
- Seasonal Merchandise (Easter, Christmas, etc.) presented for a refund not accompanied by the original sales receipt will be honored at the current selling price.
- Original Sales receipts.
- A receipt that has been copied or altered does not serve as an original sales receipt.
- A credit card receipt does not serve as an original sales receipt.
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain products and non-receipted items.
