I've had this easel for about 6 months now. It was a great investment… It's lasted through multiple paintings, including transporting for live painting. I recommend this to the seasoned artist and the beginner alike.

It's a very sturdy easel, and a quick and easy set up. No tools needed, it comes with the one it needs. Wood smells great, and it looks nice. Definitely worth the investment, especially since I got it on sale.
How do you secure your canvas?
I just got this as a gift and consider this a waste of money. It is more of a display easel, isn't it? I am hoping my friend can return it for full refund as it is still in the box. Pretty bummed about it because I wanted to stand to paint.

Basic but sturdy construction it's like my table top but bigger. Serves it's purpose well no complaints especially for the price when on sale!
Securing Canvas to Easel
Hello, I take a strip of duct tape across the back taking in the center leg of easel and sticking to the canvas.. I hope this helps!…

Great Easel
The wood is sturdy and high quality, the price is good compared to other easels I've seen. Easy to put together, took me no more than just 10 minutes, but wish the instructions were a bit more clear. Not too heavy and easy to move. Overall a great easel!
