This is easy to use, I use it to protect the front covers of paperback books from getting scruffy at the corners - from recipe books to non-fiction books I refer to often.
Cheap version of the Slider quilting mat
I use this on my sewing machine platform to make fabric glide smoothly over the surface when free motion quilting. LOTS cheaper than a Slider and it won't suddenly move under your needle and destroy your investment.
Not clear/transparent
I have covered all my books to protect the covers & dust jackets for many years. I purchased this online because it was listed as transparent, it’s not. It has a matte finish so it has a cloudy look. It does cover but I but wanted transparent not cloudy
Do not buy.
I work at a library and we bought this product recently to cover the spines of our books. Barely sticks at all and comes off very easily. Poorly made and not effective.
