Do not buy

When you squeeze them the water come through the screw cap and not the actual brush.

Very cheaply made

We couldn’t open the pen to put water inside. The plastic is very flimsy and that was the reason it was hard to open. It just kept bending instead of twisting to get it open. Finally, after multiple tries, we got it open.

Disappointed

The pens would not unscrew so that you could add water and in continuing to twist the flimsy cheap plastic literally broke and tore completely apart 😥😥😥

I concur with the other reviews. I tried looking for instructions in case I was missing something. I couldn’t figure out how to load it. Couldn’t take it apart, nor could I find instructions. Take a pass on this one.

If you're having trouble opening/unscrewing the barrel…

You shouldn't need to apply much force. If it isn't yielding to firm but gentle pressure, try twisting in the other direction.

Wish the barrels had an arrow built into the mold, or even just a sticker, to help folks figure it out the first time.
