Colors blend like pencils & produce IMPRESSIVE results. Use brush dipped in water--lightly dipped produces results similar to tortillon; heavier dipped produces watercolor-like effects. Must use fixitive after work is completed. WONDERFUL RESULTS!
Faber-Castell Goldfaber Aqua Pencil Set
These are very nice Watercolor pencils that lay down smoothly & there’s a very nice collection of colors in the set of 48. Use them wet or dry, but I like going back over areas of the “watercolor” only this time using the pencil dry to add drama.
Beautiful pigments in quality pencils from Germany
This aluminium box containing 24 pencil made me very happy. Make sure you have a sharp pencil sharpener or buy one. 24 isn't too many, but having fewer colors develops your skill in distinguishing colors and mixing. HB should carry the whole FB series.
