Very Surprised!
I bought these 50% off. Was surprised how good these were, compared to others I have tried! The colors go on smooth, vibrant, and react great with water. Blend nicely. I would buy again once I run out! These are great! Love them!
Useless as Watercolor
These pencils are fine for standard color pencils, but adding water does nothing except get your page wet. I have tried these on multiple paper surfaces (printer, mixed media, watercolor, newsprint, sketch). These neither spread nor blend in any way. :(
Great Watercolor Pencils
I’ve been using a set of 36 of these watercolor pencils for a couple of years and am very pleased with them. They even apply well to glossy cardstock and the colors are beautiful. I just dip the tip of the pencil into a tiny bit of water and apply.
Great Value
Bought these on sale when I was running low on some colors with my Faber-Castell pencils. I was very pleasantly surprised to find they are almost as good, at a far fraction of the price. Purchased more to stock up.
Amazing watercolor pencils
I'm really amazed by these pencils. I actually used these on a paint by number that I bought just to experiment with and it was amazing. I colored with the pencils and then dipped a paint brush and went over the pencil color and it looks like watercolors.
no color name
bought these to have a painting party with kids & grandkids. But they do not have a number or color name on any of them. there is going to be problems with sharing.
Not too bad
I just swatched these on watercolor paper and they apply nicely and when swatches were watered with a brush they were not too bad. The colors do get a little lighter when wet but they are nice to use a wet brush with.
Names
I do love the product but my biggest issue is the fact that they don’t have a name of the color. When I do tutorials, the instructors usually use a name so I can’t figure out which one to use
