What the…?

This Sharpie is like white, disappearing ink. Almost as soon as you write something, it disappears. And yes, I shook it up till my arm almost fell off. It's all petroleum and no paint. Absolutely worthless.

Great

If you read the directions, you don't only have to shake it up until your arm falls off, but you also need to press down to get the paint flowing. Otherwise, there will be no color and it will disappear. These flow great and bake well on ceramic.

Great delivery system

I mainly use them in model making on resin and plastics, and over acrylic paint for highlighting. The only caution I would extend is the tip can fray quickly if you have a heavy handed user. Only light pressure is needed after you load with 'ink'.

Not for Paper

The colors are vibrant when used on the right surfaces glass, resin, the kind of shiny surfaces that usually smear markers off. Use on paper will suck the color down into the void. Research your mediums!
