Paper isn’t great quality. Doesn’t hold pencil very well and market bleeds right through. BUT it takes pen well. I use a black pen and a white gel pen and basically make 3 tone sketches by using the toned paper as the mid tone.
Effective for on the go
I use these sketchbooks for drawing on the go. They fit well in my purse. Currently I am using the one with the bee cover as a my life drawing sketchbook. I like the way certain vibrant Prismacolors look on the craft paper and use black brush pens, too.
