Aesthetic, but underwhelming quality.
The leather is aesthetically pleasing, but there are some quality issues. The spine partially disconnected from the back of the book, and the papers rip out sometimes in pairs of two or three. The paper's texture is odd at first, but I personally like it.
Backwards Cover Map
I really wanted to like this sketchbook. I love maps and was excited about the cover. Unfortunately, it was also immediately obvious that the map is reversed. Florida is to the left of Mexico on the cover and Australia is to the left of China on the back.

I have been using this as a small journal, I really love the aesthetic. It's very pleasing. The quality is undesirable, however. So only 1 page is holding together all the pages and it ripped on mine. So all the pages are disconnected from the spine.
