Uncooperative orifice reducers

The oil will not come out of the bottles with the orifice reducer. I've tried rotating, rocking, tilting the bottle and get nothing. I have to use a straight pin, push it down the center hole of the reducer, tilt the bottle and quickly remove the pin.
