Not for cold or hot process soaps
Great for melt & pour but when we tried in both cold and hot process soap a few minutes after adding it the soap curdled, separated and then oozed oil and colorant. Remixing only gets you a consistency similar to chunky marinara sauce.
Terrible
I picked the earth tones from the same company, and had to squeeze 3/4 of a bottle of copper tone to get a decent color in 1/2 lb of glycerine soap. I will not buy this product again.
Not for candles or soap
You have to use the entire bottle just to get color to stay and then it just bleeds bc you “too much”.. I also tried this in candles, it did not hold the color at all what a shame bc they have excellent colors.
Works for me
I've used the colors in melt & pour and I love the pearlescent look. Of course it shows better in non-opaque bases.
