great to build .takes time but worth the effort. looks great. i would build another one.
Great for a first timer
This was my first attempt at building a dollhouse, since the floors are already done it is perfect for the beginner. I love it, it looks so good and my kids love it.

Beautiful Pieces and Style
The architecture is lovely as are all the pieces, however every little piece must be painted/stained before assembly and some of the pieces do not take paint easily. Be sure to allow several weeks to complete, it is well worth the careful work and wait.
Great Kit
Just finished up this kit. Took my time and completed in just several weeks. Had issues with the windows arriving scratched but Real Good Toys took care of that. I used very little wood glue. As I always do, I use Cyanoacrylate. Easy kit and beautiful!
Well made bare wood dollhouse.
Very well made with all pieces included as shown. Tip: Paint prior to assembly, since they are all bare wood. Best to use spray paint for smooth and even coverage. Can be ordered completely assembled for twice the price. Contact a local Hobby Lobby.
Best Assembly Instructions EVER!
The Allison Jr. is a nice sized, easily changed/edited dollhouse kit. I made several changes to my dollhouse (double doors, open floor plan, etc) and still had such an easy time assembling this house. High quality materials for a dollhouse.
