Awesome but lacks instructin

After struggling all day trying to figure out how to change the dang tip (mine was getting dingy and solder wouldn't melt) there's a tiny little back hold at the tip of the iron USE A SMALL ALLEN KEY (not included)

Might be ok for small projects

I tried to use it for a stained glass project. It takes a long time to get up to temperature and will only stay at temp for a few minutes. I have to sent it down every few minutes and wait for it to get hot again even on the maximum heat setting.

Great Quality

This iron stays hot and works flawlessly. I am using for 3D stained glass projects.

Short life.

Worked ok for for a few months and then it didn't keep the temperature at a level pace.

OK for a few times, but

The bit it comes with is terrible. No matter how well you treat it/clean it/tin it, it gets pitted and unusable after a few projects.

The temp doesn't stay constant either, which is annoying and leads to sloppy soldering.

Awful

I bought this iron, it's my first personal one since the ones I used in school. I used it once and it was AWFUL! The solder stuck to the iron, wouldn't stick to the copper foil with flux applied. WOULD NOT recommend this to anyone.

Very bad

I wonder how many people think they are bad at an art or craft, but it's just that they are using bad tools. If I hadn't taken a class and used a good one I wouldn't have known that it was the tool and not me. It didn't heat evenly. It's crap.

It worked once

Literally soldered 2 test pieces together 1 time, and now all it does is burn through flux. Terrible, I'm sorry I wasted the $$. Next try is a real one.

Base broke

While cleaning my Iron the base broke off of it! I have been using it for a week!!!! Now I need to invest in a new one and have no idea where to go.

Terrible

Doesn’t get or stay hot enough to melt solder properly.
