This water-based, non-toxic solution protects your diamond dot paintings from dirt and dust, does not yellow, and is easy to clean once it's set. Simply ensure that the surface of your finished painting is clean and dry and apply the Dotz Guard with a brush. It dries clear to preserve the original vibrancy of your work of art!

DOES NOT dry clear
This goes on purple and dries clear on the jewels but leaves a purple gunk in between the jewels. Made my picture look dirty. The white back ground is no longer white. Will never use again and had to throw painting in trash.

You have to apply this stuff pretty thick thankfully it goes a long way, & be patient for it to dry, but it does dry clear & has saved multiple diamond art projects where the adhesive was never applied or had dried up & plus it has hardly any scent!
