Inconsistent between each box you buy. Can get the job done if you need it to, but does leave a gritty texture.

OK for 1st-timers. Quality issues.
Got these 4 my B-day in Dec. Leads r a bit hard, blending a little difficult, & some "hang up" in sharpener 'cause wood seams r off-center (leads fracture). Good 2 break in2 coloring & after u get basics, invest in a set 1-2 steps up (IMHO-Fine Touch).
