works fine but basic design
for 11$ im happy with it. works as it should right out of the box. the strings are all equal length which can be a problem with most. so all in all im happy. would like a nicer design but can not be picky with the price

it came tangled it took me 20 minutes to untangled it completely stops in about 60 seconds bought this from their store and will be returning
Bummer
I purchased this to show to my 6th grade students. I tried it once or twice at home. Brought it to school. Two strings broke the second time I tried it while demonstrating it to my students.
Garbage
When I opened the box it was completely tangled. After 30mins I was nowhere close to untangling it.

Very poor quality. Quickly stops moving. Frame bent.

Junky
The newtons cradle is junk because I bought it for me and it was completely tangled so I cut the strings and made a better one with the skeleton and the marbles and mine was soooo much better.
Works Great!
My son asked for this for his birthday. He's happy with it. We keep it up on a shelf so it doesn't get bumped and tangled.
