Wind-Up Butterfly

Take flight with Wind-Up Butterfly! This toy features a black plastic frame that is divided into two parts with a rotating piece at the top. The device is covered with paper butterfly wings, and there is a rubber band that's held in the center by two hooks.
If you hold the butterfly in place and spin the top about forty times, the tension in the rubber band will build, and it will spin into the air!
