Chemical smell
Made me sick within 30 minutes of unrolling it. It smelled like leather while in the page wrap but once I unrolled it you could smell a chemical odor from across the room. Very disappointed.
Brown Cowhide leather
Great quality. Pleasant leather smell. I'm sure there are variances in each group of hides sold but mine was normal for chrome tanned leather. This leather makes great wallets inside and out as well as small clutch purses. The leather was over 25 ft2.
Stinking leather
Work with leather from professional tannery. Bought this on a spur of the moment instead of making long trip to the wholesale. What is this strong chemical odor. Would you want this stinking product in your pocket as a wallet. Be making the two hour drive
Good leather for learning on.
No trouble with smell. Works great for what I am doing. Would like to find vegetable tanned leather for my fancy projects at the same price.
Wouldn't recommend (Probably better off spending more or buying scraps)
250-character limit. It doesn't really stretch, is too stiff for me, and is dry. Creasing from how it was stored or handled. I found two pieces instead of one, and the one on the inside emitted a chemical smell when opened. Saw some damage inside.
