    Paint tray with light-colored chalk paint and let dry completely.

    Step 1

    Center stencil in tray and paint with darker shade of chalk paint.

    Step 2

  • Step 3

    Using darkest shade of chalk paint, sweep paintbrush along edges to create a distressed look.
