Step 1
String beads on waxed cord as desired, and secure with crimp beads. Add a second crimp bead to each strand, but don’t crimp yet.

Cut suede lace, and attach ribbon crimp findings to each end. Thread cording through ribbon crimp, and then down through un-crimped bead from step 1. Secure crimp bead, and repeat on other side.

Step 3
Make tassel using metallic thread, and connect to an eye pin. Slide cone bead over eye pin, covering top of tassel.

Step 4
Using jewelry pliers, trim eye pin, leaving just enough to create a loop. Hook loop onto base of necklace, and close.
