Cosmic Valentine’s Day Card

Step 1

Supplies: scallop cards, crafter’s tape, cardstock, scrapbook paper, paper trimmer, foam adhesive dots, gel pens, scissors, glow-in-the-dark stars, star punch

Step 2

Cut cardstock rectangle ¼” smaller than card. Cut scrapbook paper rectangle ¼” smaller than cardstock rectangle.

Step 3

Punch stars of different sizes from scrapbook paper.

Step 4

Layer cardstock, scrapbook paper and stars on card, adhering all with crafter’s tape.

Step 5

Secure glow-in-the-dark stars to card with foam adhesive dots.

Step 6

Write message with gel pens. Secure to card with stacked foam adhesive dots.
