Project Instructions

Step 1
Gather your supplies.

Step 2
Gather two different types of ribbons and secure with twisted chenille stems. Continue gathering every 8-10 inches.

Step 3
Attach garland to rice lights, tying every 4-5 inches to create puffiness in garland.

Step 4
Twist and tie coordinating ribbon pieces to garland. Bunch garland as desired. Loosely wrap more rice lights around finished garland.
