Love it
I used this as a table decoration for my wedding reception and then on my dining table at home. Absolutely loved it and it was pretty accurate with the temperature in the room.
Quite thin glass. No pets, kids or life advised.
This item is fine as long as it never comes in contact with anything else-ever. The instant it barely clinked against something, it shattered. The glass is too thin for this to be anything but a remotely viewed art object.

I bought this as a decoration, and it fills that purpose perfectly as it is pretty, but it also measures temperature accurately which kind of surprised me since I thought it was just a conversation piece. Love it and recommend it!

Ive had one of these, same size, for almost twenty years. It's survived several moves. I still love it. I would like to find another one in a larger size.
Busted easily
I received this as a gift yesterday for my birthday. My friend purchased it for me and I brought it to work today and out of no where it had busted and the liquid went everywhere. Nothing had touched it and yet it shattered. Very sad

Do Not set this on anything wooden. Mine broke while sitting on my curio cabinet. The liquid inside bleached my wood and everything the liquid touched. I will have to sand it down and hope the stain I use matches. It’s not water inside.
