don’t get these
these are awful. they wouldn’t stick to my wall no matter what i did. i nearly had a break down trying to get them to stick because i got so frustrated.
Worked for us
We used these to hang silk ivy garland from the ceiling in our daughter’s room. I came back to order more and saw another review saying they don’t work and thought I would share. These worked for us on a normal ceiling. (No popcorn)

Disappointed.. even though the hooks are clear the backing/sticker to hang them is not, they are white. So it defeats the purpose to having a clear hook
