Black ones are so disappointing; miss the old ones that HL used to sell, these ones scratch and scuff SO easily, many get damaged in shipping. As an artist who travels to expos to sell products I don't think I can use these anymore, they'll look awful.

Don’t know why they switched but these are not the same quality as the other ones plus the are not as thick which messed up the whole look on my wall cause now I have two different size frames

Garbage compared to their old product
I'm a paper artist and used to LOVE this brand. They had the best quality shadow box frames, but are garbage now. The material is trash and the backing sucks! I would've preferred them raising the price rather than compromising the quality. Will not buy.

I used this frame for a beautiful work of silk ribbon embroidery, and it is beyond beautiful. Excellent quality frame. I have no clue what people are complaining about. Mine is beyond perfect, and I'm looking to buy more.
Terrible
The natural wooden shadow boxes HB use to sell were much better. These do not compare. Id give these 0 stars if I could. Bring back the wooden shadow boxes Hobby Lobby!!
Zero stars
Honestly these were so hard to work with and much more time consuming taking that stupid foam backing. Hate these frames. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Jacked up prices fit crappy frames. Not happy at all! Bring back the old ones

The mounting area is so thin everything falls off. This is junk compared to the previous version. I’d rather pay more for the old product.
