Removed screws but frame does not open
No instructions
Ok came here and still don’t have an answer. “Unscrewed to open” are the only instructions and clearly not enough. Nothing opened. Please do better. This is going back.

Overall pretty decent . Instructions are definitely not clear but basically once you remove the screws, the bottom front panel flaps open and exposes the glass so you can slide the picture in place.
Very difficult to put together
Unscrew all screws at the bottom, might have to push them as you unscrew. Slide picture inside. May need paper to push to center. Use power drill will smallest attachment to make small hole to screw metal piece to hang.
Useless!
This product needs to be taken off the shelves! It is impossible to open without breaking the frame. Mine came already unscrewed with a label saying “unscrewed to open”, but no matter what I did the frame didn’t budge. Returning ASAP
Instructions
We were in the same boat as everyone else. We couldn’t figure out how to open the frame. It says “unscrewed to open” and points to two small holes. The screws are actually still here. Hidden below the small holes.
Beautiful Frames
There are two screws where it says unscrew to open, one on the left and right. When you unscrew these two screws the bottom of the frame has a flap that opens, slide out the glass. Good quality overall, similar target ones hardware sucked so I got these!

I run a small business of pressed flowers and I have searched everywhere for a good frame, these are by far my favorite. The screws are hidden when you buy it and when you unscrew, from there you can flap it open! Seriously my favorite frames
Buy when 50% off/ good frame
I love the way these look! The hangers included aren’t the same for every frame and it’s gold paper wrapped. I just wish I could order enough at one time and not wait so long to hopefully get all of them I need.
