It's not dark bronze; otherwise it's as described
The lamp is actually black--and it is solid black in any light--with grey accents on the edges.
The shade is the correct color but has a blue mark on it that doesn't clean off--it appears to be woven into the actual fabric.
Otherwise an okay lamp.
