Clip falls off
Thermometer is accurate, but the clip falls off. I had to hold the thermometer in the pot while making hard candy.
Clip can be adjusted with small pliers
The clip holding the thermometer onto the side of the pot fell off as soon as I took it out of the sales package. I was able to adjust it with small pliers. It now stays in place very nicely doing it's job well. Bought for occasional use at 40% off.
