Green, Blue & Gold Leopard Balloon Arch Kit features a plastic balloon strip that has keyhole cut-outs for the knots in a blown-up balloon to be slipped inside and locked into place. There are two sizes of latex balloons in dark blue, lime, dark green, metallic gold, and tan and brown leopard colors. Make garlands, archways, or columns with this versatile kit!
