Great gift for starters!
The skeins are smaller than the picture shows; they are smaller in length and diameter than a standard soda can. That being said, the variety of colors makes it the ideal gift for someone who is learning how to crochet or knit and wants to experiment.

I just love this little pack! Beautiful colors! I can knit a pair of baby booties and have enough to do one more bootie. Just the right amount of yarn.
Made a baby blanket
I received this as a Christmas gift. I wasn’t too sure what to make with it since the yardage per skein is so small. I decided to make a baby blanket using the corner-to-corner pattern. It is beautiful and very cheerful. Wish I could share a picture.
Good yarn, smaller than looks
Smaller than appears but just enough to crochet a hat for a newborn. Any other size for the pattern I use, would have needed a second color. Since I ordered to make baby hats and not have leftovers, it was just what I needed.
