Its permanent, protective finish is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It is also non-yellowing and cleans up with soap and water. It's dry to touch in 15 minutes, dry to handle in 3 hours, and perfect for use with wood, metal, wicker, plastic, glass, craft foam, plaster, ceramic, paper, paper mache, and dried or silk flowers.
