Shipping Time
We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can. It takes 2-3 business days to process your order. Delivery takes an additional 1-10 business days.
Please understand that all carriers are experiencing service delays and your order will likely take longer to deliver.
During peak holiday seasons (Mother’s Day & Christmas) shipping can take an additional 1-2 business days. Large orders may require additional time before shipping.
Shipping charges are determined by the subtotal of your order after discounts are applied. Gift Cards are not eligible for free shipping.

We determine the delivery method by the size and weight of the package at the time of shipment. Please note that large and/or bulky orders may be shipped via a freight company.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are mailed via USPS 1st Class Mail and can take up to 10-business days to be received. Gift Cards are also subject to carrier delays due to high mail volume.State Mandated Retail Delivery Fees

To expedite your shipment please call us at 1-800-888-0321 before placing your order. We're available Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Central time.
Expedited delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).
Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery including: Furniture, Christmas Trees, and other large, bulky items.

Fed Ex Priority Overnight Delivery
Depending on product eligibility Priority Overnight Delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm Central Time on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm Central Time will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days.
Fed Ex 2-Day Delivery
Depending on product eligibility 2-Day Delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm Central Time on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days.

Returns - Online Purchases
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 90 days as set forth in this policy.
General Conditions and Restrictions
- Any single line item that totals $250.00 or more is considered a bulk purchase and must be returned to hobbylobby.com.
- Individual items from the online order can be returned at the store.
- This $250.00 limit will be waived for Christmas Trees, Furniture, and Wall Décor items that were priced over $250.00 individually.
- Individual items from the online order can be returned at the store.
- Seasonal items from a bulk purchase (including Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Spring, Easter, Graduation, Summer, July 4th, Back-to-School, Fall/Thanksgiving) may incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Your return must be in sellable condition. Open and/or used merchandise cannot be returned.
- Damaged and/or defective merchandise from an online order cannot be returned to the store.
- If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please call 1-800-888-0321 or email us prior to returning the item. Do not discard damaged merchandise or the box it was shipped in.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error and cannot be returned at store level.
- Returns or exchanges of Silhouette®, Sizzix®, Cricut®, Brother®, Singer®, and Spellbinders® products are prohibited unless customer presents original receipt and products are in new, unopened condition. Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
Returns to a Hobby Lobby Store
Items sold and shipped by HobbyLobby.com that total less than $250.00 can be returned or exchanged to any Hobby Lobby store within 90-days of purchase.
Returns to a Hobby Lobby Store are subject to the following additional conditions and restrictions:
- The invoice must accompany the item(s) being returned in order to ensure the full purchase price is credited to a Hobby Lobby Gift Card.
- Damaged and/or defective merchandise from an online order cannot be returned to the store.
- If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please call 1-800-888-0321 or email us prior to returning the item. Do not discard damaged merchandise or the box it was shipped in.
- Shipping and/or handling charges cannot be refunded at the store level.
- Price adjustments for merchandise purchased online cannot be completed at the store level.

Returns to HobbyLobby.com
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and refund issued.
- You will receive a refund for the purchase price and applicable sales tax. Your refund will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. If purchased with a gift card, your refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.
- All exchange orders are processed separately as a new order.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to Hobby Lobby.

Returns - In-Store Purchases
With the original receipt
Within 90 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange the merchandise, give store credit, or issue a refund based on your original method of payment. There will be a wait of 10 calendar days on check purchases, or merchandise credit can be issued.
Without the original store receipt
You may exchange the merchandise or be issued a merchandise credit based on the lowest selling price in the last 60 days. Valid ID is required.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain products and non-receipted items.
Return Exclusions

Want to exchange your merchandise? You'll need to place an order online for the new item, and return the unwanted item to us for a refund.
