Standard delivery to the 48 contiguous United States
We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can. It takes 2-3 business days to process your order. Delivery takes an additional 1-7 business days.
Please note due to delays with shipping carriers, your order may not arrive within 1-7 business days.
During peak holiday seasons (Mother’s Day & Christmas) shipping can take an additional 1-2 business days. Large orders may require additional time before shipping.
Shipping charges are determined by the subtotal of your order after discounts are applied. Gift Cards are not eligible for free shipping.

We determine the delivery method (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) by the size and weight of the package at the time of shipment. Please note that large and/or bulky orders may be shipped via a freight company.

Expedited Shipping Options
Hobby Lobby.com offers the following shipping options, which may vary by item:
Fed Ex Priority Overnight Delivery
Depending on product eligibility Priority Overnight Delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm Central Time on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm Central Time will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days.
Fed Ex 2-Day Delivery
Depending on product eligibility 2-Day Delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm Central Time on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm Central Time will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days.
Expedited delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. These methods are not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

Returns - Online Purchases
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 90 days.
Please follow the instructions below to return your item.
- Your return must be in sellable condition. Open and/or used merchandise cannot be returned.
- Damaged and/or defective merchandise from an online order cannot be returned to the store.
- If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, or need to make an exchange, please call 1-800-888-0321 or email us prior to returning the item.
- Returns or exchanges of Silhouette® & Cricut® products and Sewing & Embroidery machines are prohibited unless customer presents original receipt and products are in new, unopened condition. Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns to Hobby Lobby Store
Items sold and shipped by HobbyLobby.com can be returned or exchanged to any Hobby Lobby store within 90-days of purchase. When returning merchandise to a Hobby Lobby Store, please be aware of the following:
- The invoice must accompany the item(s) being returned in order to ensure the full purchase price is credited to a Hobby Lobby Gift Card.
- Shipping and/or handling charges cannot be refunded at the store level.
- To obtain a copy of your invoice email, call 1-800-888-0321 or email us.
- For questions regarding the in-store return of your online order, call 1-800-888-0321.
Returns to HobbyLobby.com
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and refund issued.
- You will receive a refund for the purchase price and applicable sales tax. Your refund will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. If purchased with a gift card, your refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
- All exchange orders are processed separately as a new order.

Returns - In-Store Purchases
With the original receipt
Within 90 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange the merchandise, give store credit, or issue a refund based on your original method of payment. There will be a wait of 10 calendar days on check purchases, or merchandise credit can be issued.
Without the original store receipt
You may exchange the merchandise or be issued a merchandise credit based on the lowest selling price in the last 60 days. Valid ID is required.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain products and non-receipted items.
