Had high hopes, but disappointing
Bought it for an office. It's too loud for a quiet office setting - even on the lowest flow setting. It sounds like eggs or bacon frying in a pan and also someone peeing. Also, the water often did not come out of all of the jets on the lowest flow setting
Water not flowing
Water will not flow. Plugged and unplugged pump 20 + times. Pump runs but water does not flow. Save your money.

Very Pleased, Received as a gift.
Upon opening box, appeared to have a lot of parts. Easy to put together and use. Great for most places. Not suitable for a "quiet office setting." Water sounds like someone peeing.

Worked great for about two months. Then two of the downspouts stopped flowing. They’re not stopped up; just don’t work. I wouldn’t buy again.
