Returning today. For me this is an unsafe product. There is not a lock down feature and only a small piece of tape holding the handle closed. When tape was removed handle flew up and cut my finger. The handle does not stay down after cutting so be careful
Great for the price
So far it works great to cut really thick cardstock. And it does have a latch to hold the arm down when not in use. So far it has been a good purchase.
Great Paper Cuttet
Cuts straight, very sharp, and does have a lock for the handle. The instructions on how to lock it are on the back of the box. This was a great buy.
