Pretty co to it's, but dry.
I'm not sure how long these were sitting on the shelf but they're pretty dry. Not great for ink blending but will stamp OK.
Dry and unusable
I purchased this item in AL hobby lobby. I was so excited to get home and try it. But when I did the pad was dry. I couldn't even get much, if any, color to rub off on my paper. Why did I spend good money on this useless product!?!?

These work great with finger daubers but are activated by water so you must spray the ink pads with water to get the ink to work properly. I also love the mini pads to sample which colors you like the best before investing in the bigger pads!
