Used this pad for 10 minutes and turned it off. Never could get it to come back on. $50 wasted!!
Horrible
Don’t buy. Doesn’t work right out of the box it won’t light up unless it’s plugged In at all times then it flashes like a strobe and won’t stay turned on when you lay your hands on it might just be the cheapest made electronic I’ve ever seen in my life
I love mine!
Sorry all you had problems. I like mine so much that I’m buying a second for a second home. Worked perfectly right out of the box and the varied light strengths are so great you can trace right through watercolor paper. I’m a fan.

I have taken this back twice now to Hobby Lobby. Don’t waste your time and especially money on this crazy product. It works for awhile and then quits!!

Piece of Junk!
For a starving artist $60.00 can be spent on many things…This product is NOT one of them! Plug and screen got hot! Now doesn't work! I'm going back to using a glass tabletop with a desk lamp underneath it. It's more reliable and best of all, saves money
