  • Will I get the same color fabric I see on my monitor?

    Due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the color you get will exactly match what you see.

  • Can I have a sample?

    Sorry, we do not send samples of our fabric or trim.

  • Are your "base metal" findings and beads nickel-free?

    The metal jewelry components that we sell are made of steel, copper, casting, zinc alloy, tin, iron, brass and silver. Our Metal Gallery jewelry components are made of various types of materials including iron, carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and zinc. Some of the items also contain aluminum, magnesium, copper, tin, nickel, indium and titanium.

    We do carry hypo-allergenic & precious metal findings that may work for you.

  • In stores, can I buy less ribbon than what’s on the spool?

    Hobby Lobby stores sell some ribbons and trims by the yard, and some by the spool. Items priced to sell by the spool cannot be cut and sold by the yard.

    If an item is listed online with QTY next to the amount field, it is sold by the spool. If an item is listed with YDS next to the amount, it is sold by the yard. Each item is sold the same way in Hobby Lobby stores as online. If you have a question as to how a specific item is sold, please don't hesitate to contact us.

  • I need a large quantity of a certain item, but you only have a few in stock. How can I get more of this item?

    Try your local store or order online! Our store personnel are able to special order large quantities of any item stocked in our warehouse. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-0321 for information about ordering online.

  • Do you have electronic gift cards?

    Sorry, we only offer physical gift cards.

  • Do gift cards expire?

    Gift Cards have no expiration date; however some states may declare idle funds to be unclaimed property. We cannot replace funds declared unclaimed property by the government. Therefore we encourage you to redeem your card promptly.

  • Can I return items ordered online to my local Hobby Lobby Store?

  • Are all the items online available in my local Hobby Lobby store?

    Typically, yes! From time to time, however, we may offer items exclusively online.

  • I saw an item in a Hobby Lobby store, but can't find it online.

    Some items in your store will not be featured online because the item may be fragile or difficult to ship. Also, some seasonal items in stores are one-time purchases that aren't available online.

  • What are your store holiday hours?

  • Why are your stores closed on Sundays?

    We have chosen to close on the day most widely recognized as a day of rest, in order to allow our employees and customers more time for worship and family. This has not been an easy decision for Hobby Lobby because we realize that this decision may cost us financially. Yet we also realize that there are things more important than profits. This is a matter of principle for our company owner and officers.

  • Why don't you use barcode scanners in your stores?

    We have considered scanning at our registers, but do not feel it is right for us at this time.

  • Can I order fabric and trim online?

    Yes, you may use your 40% off coupon for a single cut of fabric. If you order up to 10 yards of a single fabric, the entire amount will be discounted. If you order more than 10 yards, the first 10 yards will be discounted and the remainder will be full price. This policy also applies to trims, ribbon and all items sold by the yard.

  • Do you have a catalog?

    Sorry, we do not have a printed catalog.

  • What if I need to cancel or change my order?

    We are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please place another order for any items you may have left off your original order. See our Return Policy for information on how to return any items you ordered in error.

  • What methods of payment do you accept online?

    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Hobby Lobby gift cards in-store and online.  We also accept PayPal online and personal checks in-store.

  • Do you charge sales tax when I order online?

    Yes, we charge sales tax in all states where a Hobby Lobby store is present.

  • Do you charge sales tax on shipping and handling?

    The following states require sales tax to be charged on shipping and handling fees: AR, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI and WV.

  • What if I am tax-exempt?

    Before you place your order, please contact Customer Service to inquire about the proper tax exemption procedures for your state.

    Please call 1-800-888-0321, press 1 to speak with a representative and ask for extension 1248, or the direct number is (405) 745-1248. Customer Service is available Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Central Time.

    Please also note that you must use a company credit card or a business PayPal account to place tax-exempt orders. We are not able to issue a credit for tax if you place an order with a personal credit card.

  • How do I know when my order has shipped?

    When your order is placed online, you will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. It will tell you how the order was shipped and your tracking number. 

  • Can I place one order and ship to multiple addresses?

    Sorry, if you need to ship to multiple addresses, you will have to place multiple orders.

  • Can I place an order online and pick it up at my local store?

    Sorry, orders you place online ship directly to you.

  • Do you accept public school purchase orders?

    Sorry, we are unable to accept purchase orders. All orders must be pre-paid before shipping.

  • Do I have to create an account to shop online?

    No. But registering for an account is fast, easy and, most importantly, free! Plus, when you have an account you can:

  • Can I use my Accounts Receivable card online?

    Sorry, Accounts Receivable cards can only be used in your local store.

  • Can I use a coupon to purchase fabric & trim?

    Yes, you may use your 40% coupon for a single cut of fabric, up to 10 yards. If you order up to 10 yards of a single fabric, then the entire amount will be discounted the coupon amount. If you order over 10 yards, the first 10 yards will be discounted, and the remainder will be full price.

    This policy also applies to trims, ribbon, and all items sold by the yard. This applies to a single cut. The discount will not be applied across multiple by-the-yard items.

  • When is an item going to be on sale?

    Sign up for our weekly email to learn about sales as early as possible!

  • Do you honor competitors’ ads?

    We do honor competitors’ ads in-store if a specific price is listed and we stock the exact same item. However, we do not honor competitors’ "percent off" ads or coupons. We exclude all Holiday door buster ads, Cricut, Silhouette, Sizzix, Cuttlebug, Simplicity & McCall's patterns, clearance, and closeout items from this policy. Sorry, competitors’ ads are not honored online.

  • How do I use a promotion code online?

    You may only use promotion codes that specifically state they are valid for online use. Enter the code in the Promo Code field during Checkout, and click APPLY. The coupon will be applied if it is valid for online sales and you have eligible items in your cart.

  • Do you offer bulk discounts?

    Sorry, we do not offer bulk discounts.

  • Do you offer rain checks on sale items?

    We issue rain checks when a specific item is on sale in your local store. We do not issue rain checks when an entire group of merchandise is on sale, such as "Entire Stock of Unfinished Craft Wood." Please talk to the personnel at your local Hobby Lobby for more information on receiving a rain check. Rain checks are not issued or redeemable online.

  • Can I buy a Hobby Lobby franchise?

    Thanks for your interest! All Hobby Lobby stores are privately held. We do not sell franchises.

  • Can I buy stock in Hobby Lobby?

    Hobby Lobby is not a publicly traded company, and we have no plans to go public in the future.

  • Can I enroll in any Hobby Lobby rewards or customer loyalty programs?
