Bait and switch
This company is a scam and Hobby Lobby would be remiss not to investigate them and discontinue the product offering. The seeds listed on the packaging are NOT what is included. Instead, you can expect to find a random selection of nonviable junk seeds.
Wrong seeds
Wrong seeds were placed in the package I purchased. The manufacturer said their supplier changed the seeds without telling them, so they could not guarantee a replacement would have the correct seeds. Ended up keeping the kit and buying seeds elsewhere.
Don't buy!
We bought this for our daughter for Christmas 2 years ago. We cared for these trees, even moving them across the country to make sure they survived- well they are NOT bonsai trees- at all! They are just regular pine trees. I am so upset about 2 yrs wasted
Bonsai
I bought this kit because I wanted a flowering bonsai! It did not have it in there. All seeds were pine variety. Not happy with this purchase at all.
Just to Clarify
Just so people understand, Bonsai is just a normal tree that the owner cultivates and trims to look a certain way. It's an art. People can use all types of trees for Bonsai trees. Everything from spruce, junipers, maples, even fruit trees.
