My 3 year granddaughter squeezed it 2 times and it exploded all over her and the table! Sticky gooey yellow sludge inside.

My wife bought two of these and my son put in his mouth and then there was red sticky goo everywhere. What is the goo made of!? I can't find it anywhere. Why is this still being sold? I thought it must be a fluke yet every review here says the same.
Dangerous Product - Should NOT Be Sold
My 7-year-old was squeezing the toy in the way it was intended, and the liquid ball burst and sprayed gross yellow liquid in his face. Quite a bit got in his mouth, and he vomited for two days. Dangerous even for older children and should NOT be sold!
Permanently ruined clothes and car interior
Purchased this for my 4 year old granddaughter. Within an hour, it exploded in my car - stained the roof, car seats, ruined her outfit, stained a pillow, anything that it touched. There is NOTHING on the tag that indicates it is filled with liquid.
TELL ME WHY YALL PUT COLORED SLUDGE INSIDE!!!!
Bought at the checkout for my son, BROKE AND LOOKED LIKE A MURDER SCENE ON MY BEIGE CARPET!!!!! Several cleaning products and a million swipes with a carpet cleaner well over an hour, I finally got most of it out. Literally never again.

Just as other reviews said, this broke within 1 min of playing with it as intended. It exploded goo everywhere (clothes, car, hands, etc). I purchased in the store so didn’t read reviews. The tag says nothing of goo or liquid. DO NOT BUY THIS
